In order to make sure that the approval of projects and the issuance of commencement and occupancy certificates, the BBMP (Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike) has recently decided that they are going to add one more wing with the earlier two wings to the TPD (Town Planning Department). Previously the Town Planning Department was divided into two different departments that are the north and south department but now another wing called the central wing had been added.
